The vitamin B 12 is one of the b vitamins that are essential to maintaining a healthy body. Otherwise, known as cobalamin, 12b vitamin is necessary for the processes to the carbohydrates, fats and proteins from food into energy. 12 b also, more importantly, helps the healthy red blood cells and thus prevent heart disease and keep the immune system functioning at its maximum level.
