How to protect yourself from Influenza A H1N1(Formerly Swine Flu) :
Avoid contact with people infected with this virus.
Avoid contact with people who are seriously ill, are coughing or sneezing.
Wash your hands with soap routinely. Dont touch your mouth or nose or eyes after you come in contact with unknow person.
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you sneeze and then throw away the tissue into trash.
Avoid eating pork (from pigs that have been sick or from dead pigs).
Wear a mask if you are in an area afected with the Influenza A H1N1 virus.
